The joint acceleration program will begin this April and will offer 14 selected companies three intensive months that include: days of content and practical workshops with first-class experts and key figures in the ecosystem, a process of personal guidance from leading mentors and mentors in the industry, professional advice from the program’s partners and a culminating event at the end where the participants will present their companies to Leading investors, potential strategic customers and ecosystem executives. All participants will benefit from hospitality and work space at the father of innovation GUTS of Harel an insurance company, a strategic partner of the alumni association. Registration for the cycle shared by both accelerators in an innovative and time-adjusted format is open until 2/3/24 via the programs’ websites.
The accelerators, which operate with the support of the leading companies and firms in Israel and the world: Bank Hapoalim and Poalim Hitech, Harel Insurance and Financial and more (full list below) will integrate an innovative acceleration model and the first of its kind in Israel:
- For the first time, the programs will emphasize personalized acceleration, which includes characterization and continuous monitoring of the needs of each and every entrepreneur according to the market they are targeting and the constraints of the war, and accompaniment and support adapted to these needs.
- The programs will give the participating companies tools to develop emotional and mental resilience that are essential for entrepreneurs always, and even more so in times of war, while being professionally accompanied by a dedicated psychologist as part of the program. Alongside this, the entrepreneurs will benefit from an intimate and supportive community.
- Accompanying and assisting in the implementation of creative artificial intelligence tools (Generative AI) in the entrepreneurial process.
- For the first time, all the companies in the program will be enriched with content and individual advice about the strategies of theESG and the impact of each company.
- Personal mentoring from industry leading experts and experts and unique networking opportunities.
- All graduates of the program will be eligible to apply for the program 8200GLOBAL of the alumni association that accompanies companies in early growth stages in the scaling phase for the American market.
- In addition, the participants in the program will benefit from belonging to a strong community of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs who are graduates of the programs and, of course, access to the wide network of connections of 8200 graduates (numbering over 24,000 members) and of the programs themselves. It should be emphasized that both programs are open to any entrepreneur, even if they have not served in Unit 8200. Also, being part of a non-profit organization, the programs do not take equity from the participants.
The acceleration programs are prepared to correspond with the effects of the security situation on registration and participation in the program.
