Chennai: A woman who was five months pregnant was pushed to death by her husband from a bus in Tamil Nadu’s Dindigal. 19-year-old Valarmati was tragically killed. The police arrested her husband Pandyan (24). Pandyan’s brutality was drunk. They were married eight months ago. The incident happened when Valarmati’s father was going to buy a two-wheeler as a gift.
Both of them were sitting in the seat near the rear door of the bus. During the journey, both of them got into an argument over a trivial matter. After this Pandian pushed Valarmati from the bus. As the number of passengers in the bus was less, no one noticed this. When the bus had gone some distance, Pandian himself came forward and informed the conductor.
The conductor informed the police station. By the time the police reached the spot, he had died. The body was handed over to the relatives after the post-mortem at Dindigul Government Hospital.
