He has a goal for Portugal, scored in 2017 against Mexico and which guaranteed the National Team 3rd place in the Confederations Cup.

At domestic level, the midfielder has played more than 200 games in the Portuguese League, where he scored 37 goals. He won 4 editions of the Portuguese Cup (1x with Académica de Coimbra and 3x with Sporting CP), 4 Super Cups (all with Sporting CP) and was also Israeli champion with Maccabi Haifa.
