Decision of the XIII TerBi Fantastic Thematic Story Contest “Artificial Intelligence”

92 stories have been received.

After deliberation, the award jury agrees:

First.- Award the XIII TerBi Prize, endowed with a commemorative trophy, the work of Ángel Rodríguez, on a design by Ricardo Manzanaro, to the story titled BAHIA, received under the pseudonym “Horus” sent from the United Kingdom. Once the escrow is opened, its author turns out to be Pablo Millares Martín.

Second.- Declare the following stories as equal finalists: THE COSMIC SHIPWRECK by Ricardo Secilla Rodríguez (Santisteban del Puerto, Jaén), ERAN. A TALE OF TWO QUANTUM MINDS by Alfonso Sánchez-Mayoral Posada (Gijón) and FORGET, DOCTOR NAJANDRA by Eugenio Sánchez Arrate (Madrid).

In accordance with the contest rules, it is agreed to publish the winning story and the three finalists in the next issue of the TerBi fanzine.

TerBi, the Basque Association of Science Fiction, Fantasy and Horror, appreciates the interest shown by the authors who have sent a story for the contest, and invites all writers to participate in the next edition, the rules of which will be published in a few weeks.
