Fernando Madureira, leader of Super Dragões, FC Porto’s cheerleader, was arrested at home by the PSP, this Wednesday, after searches of his house that began at 8:20 am, CNN reported this Wednesday.

His wife, Sandra Madureira, was also arrested and removed from the house at 11 am. Two cars at Madureira’s home were seized.

There will be a total of twelve people detained in the operation carried out with the participation of the GOE (Special Operations Group) and the PSP Intervention Corps.

Jornal de Notícias also said that there are dozens of searches at the homes of various members of the Super Dragões, ordered by the Department of Investigation and Criminal Action. Vítor Catão, a well-known FC Porto fan and member of the cheerleading squad, and linked to other cases of violence, was also arrested, according to JN.
