Concert of superlatives
Now the 35-year-old is coming to Germany as part of her upcoming tour, as “Bild” reports. The superstar would be a guest in Munich for at least four exclusive concert dates. The dates on August 2nd, 3rd, 9th and 10th have already been fixed; according to the organizers, these are the only European concerts that the superstar would give.
Behind the concert deal are the Styrian Klaus Leutgeb, who has already organized various major events in Germany and Austria with musicians such as Robbie Williams and Helene Fischer, and Marek Lieberberg, who has made a name for himself not least through the mega festival “Rock am Ring”.
The Bavarian metropolis’s exhibition center has space for around 80,000 people, as “Bild” writes. The organizers have been trying for a long time to invite Adele to Germany. Now they received an official confirmation.
The superstar already confirmed the good news via Instagram. There Adele reveals that she has not performed in Europe since 2016. That’s why she’s really looking forward to the performance in Munich. “So a few months ago I got a call about some summer shows. I was happy with my shows in London’s Hyde Park and my residency in Vegas, so I had no other plans. However, I was too curious not to pursue this idea – a one-of-a-kind, custom-built pop-up stadium built around whatever show I wanted to perform. I couldn’t imagine a better way to spend my summer.”
