One of its kind in the region – Tier III Gold Certificate of “Operational Sustainability (TCOS)” by the American Uptime Institute, which specializes in classifying, studying and evaluating the performance, flexibility, sustainability and efficiency of global data centers, given its commitment to recommended international standards for achieving performance. The complete data center infrastructure, implementing administrative practices and preventive, proactive and corrective maintenance programs followed to reduce the risks of business interruption even in emergency situations, and avoiding human errors, as well as empowering the center’s employees and training them on standard operating methods and procedures and emergency operations procedures, in addition to implementing and activating plans. Maintenance and fault analysis programs, which ensure that customers receive the cloud computing services provided by the “Zain Business” umbrella through the center with high efficiency and quality, as the center demonstrated exceptional administrative and operational behaviors throughout the evaluation process conducted by the Uptime Institute.
