Coppell / Texas ∙ The new Parish Council for the year 2024-2025 of St. Alphonsa Syro-Malabar Parish under the Diocese of Chicago Syro-Malabar has taken office. Twenty-three persons were newly appointed, consisting of two hands elected from the previous year’s council, two newly nominated hands, and nominees from various family units, representing Sunday schools and other spiritual organizations.
On January 10, in the middle of the Holy Mass, the parish vicar, Rev. Fr. The trustees took office after confessing the oath taken by Mathews Kuryan Munjnat. Rev. Fr. Jimmy Idakalathur was present.
