Previously, it was reported that the Vivid mode or color boosting mode of the Samsung Galaxy S24 appeared paler than the previous model, which Samsung Support said was a software issue that will be updated later to fix it. However, recently Samsung Spain has come out to say that fading is not a problem.
Samsung Spain says it’s not unusual for Vivid mode colors to appear faded from previous models. And it’s not an abnormality at all.
Samsung Spain statement
“We have adjusted the color and brightness of the Samsung Galaxy S24 to make it more accurate while in use. The company has made some technology changes related to the screen for a more natural display. Therefore, it is not surprising that users will see that the color display looks pale.
The Vivid mode color change is an intentional change from the company. It’s not a mistake at all. Therefore, there is no need to worry that the machine will have problems.”
From the latest statement, it is concluded that Samsung will not update the color saturation of the Galaxy S24. Currently, the display is accurate as Samsung intended from the beginning.
