The intervention of the Prosecutor of the Supreme Court Georgia Adelinis was caused by the publication of the news about the attack of the father of a student in Kalyvia against teachers for measures they imposed on his child.
The highest public prosecutor forwarded to the head of the Athens Primary Prosecutor’s Office the attached electronic press reports, according to which the father of a student invaded the school grounds and also inside a classroom in Kalyvia and attacked the teachers and the principal, who imposed pedagogic measures to his son for insulting a teacher.
Mrs. Adelini requests that all legal actions be taken in order to establish the possible commission of ex officio criminal acts.
