ADJD Digital Service: 7000 Marriage Contracts Issued in Abu Dhabi Since Launch

ABU DHABI: Judiciary Department (ADJD) officials said that 7000 marriage contracts have been issued in Abu Dhabi since the launch of the digital service.

Figures from October 2022 to December 2023 have been released. The marriage registration process will be completed through video conferencing and digital signatures of the bride and groom.

UAE ADJD said the service is part of the digitization of the justice system under the direction of Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Presidential Court. Undersecretary Counselor Yusuf Saeed Al Abri said.
