The Court for the Repression of Economic and Financial Offenses (CRIEF) announces the resumption of debates in the Oyé Guilavogui case, former Minister of Posts, Telecommunications and the Digital Economy under the reign of Professor Alpha Condé for February 19, 2024.

This resumption of the debates is justified by the appointment of Yakouba Conté to the post of new president of the trial chamber of this Court.

Oyé Guilavogui is being prosecuted before the CRIEF for misappropriation of public funds, corruption, money laundering and illicit enrichment.
