BPL team Sylhet Strikers and Chow-Man Restaurant and JCI Dhaka Premier’s initiative to feed the underprivileged people in Banani started the project ‘Bhagre Khai’.
In this unique initiative, as many customers eat at Chow-Man restaurant, Chow-Man will feed the same number of underprivileged people the next day. For each customer’s meal, 1 underprivileged person will be served food by Chow-Man Restaurant.
This grand initiative was inaugurated by Sylhet Strikers players, owners, management committee and Chow-Man restaurant proprietors Mohammad Fakhruddin and Ashabus Safa.
Bangladesh National Cricket Team and Sylhet Strikers player Nazmul Hossain Shanto welcomed the wonderful initiative and said, ‘I feel blessed to be with this initiative and I call upon this initiative to be spread among the people of all walks of life in Bangladesh.’
The promoters believe that through the ‘Bhagke Khai’ project, it will be possible to feed numerous helpless and underprivileged people throughout the year, which will bring about positive and sustainable change in the society.
