Our test car was equipped with a 1.0-liter gasoline engine (a turbocharged three-cylinder with cylinder deactivation, mild hybrid technology should not be missing), 155 hp – so the Ford impressed with fine performance and more than enough pulling power, the engine pulls well through the speed range. An obstacle really looks different! There is absolutely nothing wrong with the steering and handling, the Focus has always had a convincing chassis. The powerful brakes and their fine controllability also deserve special praise.
