In the midst of the Tax Campaign 2024, citizens can take advantage of the NRA’s electronic services in specially designated areas with a wireless Internet connection in every office of the revenue agency. They have computers connected to free WI-FI. Users can also use their own devices to connect to the wireless Internet to access the NRA website, the Portal for electronic services of the revenue agency or the websites of other institutions and municipalities.
Employees at the NRA offices are available to assist any customer if they encounter difficulty in working with the e-Services Portal or have questions related to declaring and paying obligations, making inquiries, checking health insurance status, and more.
Customers who have not yet applied for and received a PIK from the NRA will be able to do so at the office, after which an employee will demonstrate the possibilities that the personal code gives.
“The dedicated WI-FI zones are part of our efforts to make the declaration and payment of taxes and social security contributions easier and faster,” said Milena Krastanova, deputy executive director of the National Revenue Agency.
