Justice Minister Atanas Slavov stated that he will initiate disciplinary proceedings against magistrates who are proven to have visited the “SS” club. This is the establishment associated with the murdered Martin Bojanov. Slavov also told journalists that visiting such establishments is and an ethical issue on the part of magistrates.
Martin Bojanov was killed in Sofia on January 31, BTA informs. On January 7, the prosecutor’s office entered a private club “SS” in the capital’s “Geo Milev” district, associated with Martin Bojanov. During the searches, various physical media and computers were seized.
As for the position of the former chief prosecutor Ivan Geshev, who stated that he will sue Slavov for defamation, the Minister of Justice commented that Geshev still has a lot to explain.
“As I promised, I plan to judge all liars,” Geshev declared. “The furious media attack against “Civil Bloc” and me personally means that the political garbage is afraid of the people. He is afraid that he will be swept away and put in jail, where he belongs,” he added.
