Il Sanremo Festival 2024 it’s near the end and so is the Fantasanremo. Even if it is still early to draw conclusions, there are two competitors who are battling it out with bonuses to make those who bet on them happy. The penultimate evening of the Festival gave Neapolitan emotions with the victory of Geolier, but let’s see how the competing artists fared: Worth mentioning is certainly La Sad’s overtaking of Dargen d’Amico. The musical group recorded a notable haul of points during the fourth evening.
They are well 375 the points collected during the Festival by the punk collective who have fun on stage making their supporters happy at home. Between showing navels, twerking, nipples and throwing flowersthey managed to lead their colleague by 15 points Dargen (stopped at 360). On the lowest step of the podium, at the moment, we find BigMama who, also helped by her guests, brought +10 for crowns, total black (+10) and the handbag stolen by the public like Piero Pelù (+20), to name a few.
Unlike previous evenings, there are quite a few artists who received penalties due to the choice not to go down the Ariston stairs (-5) and to sit on the stairs (-5). Those who ‘disappointed’ the fantasy supporters the most were Loredana Bertè and Il Tre who, due to technical problems, had to interrupt and restart their respective performances. He created a veil of controversy with the penalty that should have been received by Geolier and which, instead, did not arrive. According to what is written in the regulation, if the audience boos an artist, 25 points should be deducted from the final sum. Penalty which, however, was not reported.
If on the third evening there was a 20 point bonus for every artist who brought a pencil on stage yesterday, February 9th, it would have been possible to get points if the singers had shown their hands crossed with waving fingers, a symbol of the fight against rare diseases, in collaboration with the non-profit organization Uniamo but, unfortunately, only a few singers have done it.
