The Real Estate Bank asked the insurance companies to extinguish the loans of the martyrs.
The bank’s general manager, Abbas Al-Jawahiri, said in a statement received by the (INA), that “the Real Estate Bank adheres to all applicable laws, regulations and instructions and works according to the powers it possesses,” pointing out that “the martyrs of Iraq are the apple of our eyes and it is our duty to harness all capabilities to return part of the… “The kindness they gave to protect the homeland.”
He added, “The Real Estate Bank’s loan funds come from the initiative of the Central Bank of Iraq, and in accordance with the law, the bank will be approached to obtain the necessary approvals to proceed with the amortization and write-off of those loans,” calling on the Real Estate Bank to all insurance companies for the importance of including the amortization of martyrs’ loans in the insurance document for all loan funds.
