First clean the fish and wash it well then scrape it and keep it separately.

Then in a mixing jar add red chillies, garlic, cumin, turmeric powder, kashmiri chilli powder, coriander powder, black pepper, curry leaves, coriander leaves, oil and salt as needed to make a paste and add required amount of water and grind it well.

Apply the ground masala all over the fish and add lemon juice to it and mix it well.

Leave this spiced fish alone for about 30 minutes.

Then put the pan in the oven, pour oil and add the marinated fish when it is hot.

Keep the flame of the oven on medium and fry for three minutes.

Then flip the fish to the other side and fry for another 3 minutes on medium flame.

Brush the fish with the spices and oil from the pan while frying.

Once the fish is cooked all over, transfer to a plate and serve hot.
