[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Set of documents, prepared by specialists and researchers, that develop conceptual frameworks, recommendations, practices and alternatives analyzing the current situation of deinstitutionalization, with international recommendations and some experiences in the field of deinstitutionalization; and how this process should be faced from a human rights perspective. The documents are divided into 4 population areas: childhood and youth, people with disabilities, older people, homeless people.

The study is aimed at addressing with guarantees the transition from the “institutionalized” care model to another based on the framework of human rights, from a community development approach and focused on the life project of each person.
