The CinemaPlus cinema, located in the Dəniz Mall shopping center, hosted a gala evening of the Turkish melodrama “3391 Kilometers”, based on the book by Beyza Alkoç, Day.Az reports with reference to Trend.
The gala evening was attended by the leading actors in the film – popular young Turkish actors Derya Pinar Ak and Ahmet Haktan Zavlak, as well as the creative producer and director of the film Deniz Enyuksek and the author of the book Beyza Alkoc.
The event aroused great interest both among Azerbaijani fans of the book and among lovers of Turkish cinema. The audience greeted the Turkish guests with thunderous applause.
According to Derya Pinar Ak, the film crew put a lot of work into the film and are happy with the result.
“We are happy to be in Baku, to present our film to Azerbaijani audiences, to feel their energy and love. The filming was interesting, on a positive wave, working with Akhmet gave me special pleasure,” said Derya Pinar Ak.
In turn, Ahmet Haktan Zavlak noted that “Kilometer 3391” is a film that will be of interest to different generations of viewers.
“I think we have successfully completed the task set before us by the director,” he emphasized.
The actor also shared his impressions of his visit to the capital of Azerbaijan.
“Azerbaijani national cuisine is very tasty. It’s a pity that we can’t stay here longer, I would like to get to know Baku better. I hope that our visit here will not be the last,” added Ahmet Haktan Zavlak.
