He reiterated his commitment to make Bangladesh a non-sectarian state where people of every faith would enjoy equal rights.

Sheikh Hasina said, “We will implement the dream of the father of the nation to transform Bangladesh into a rich, developed and smart golden Bangladesh in the spirit of liberation war and secularism.”

The Prime Minister said that he is determined to deliver the benefits of the Liberation War to every home.

He said, ‘I never think about my own needs, but think about what I can do for the betterment of the country and its people.’

The Prime Minister said that through the language movement and liberation war under the leadership of the Father of the Nation, the people of the country got the independence of the country, including the mother tongue Bengali, since Awami League is a people-friendly party.

He said, ‘Awami League is my biggest strength. We have been able to deal with various disasters like the Covid-19 pandemic because of our team.’

Sheikh Hasina said that she has always tried to do something for the people.
