In the last six months, there has been a storm surrounding the ex-couple Kevin Costner (69) and Christine Baumgartner (49).
The divorce has appeared very bitter, and there has been an argument in court about how much financial support Baumgartner should get from Costner.

According to TMZ they have now come to an agreement and have signed a marriage settlement.
The details of the settlement are not known, but the marriage agreement is said to have been the basis for the judge’s decision.

Prior to the agreement, Baumgartner asked for $248,000 a month from Costner, to be able to maintain a certain lifestyle for himself and the children.
He paid her no more than $63,000 a month.
