The Heydar Aliyev Cup, organized jointly by the Winter Sports Federation and the Shahdag Tourist Center, has ended.
According to İdman.biz, the tournament was organized among amateur snowboarders.
Children and adults competed in the competition. About 50 amateur snowboarders in 5 different age categories competed for victory.
The main goal of the cup is to popularize snowboarding in the country and increase interest in this sport among the population.
Based on the results of the competition, the winners were awarded medals and diplomas from the Shahdag Tourist Center and the Winter Sports Federation.
It should be noted that the Heydar Aliyev Cup will continue on February 27 in children’s ski competitions.

II place – Rustam Rustamli (Azerbaijan)
Among boys 13-17 years old:

2nd place – Teoman Taysi (Türkiye)
Among girls 18-25 years old:
1st place – Gunay Javanshir (Azerbaijan)
2nd place – Daria Malakhova (Russian Federation)
Among boys 18-25 years old:

2nd place – Rasim Rizaev (Azerbaijan)
Among women 26-45 years old:
1st place – Ekaterina Basheva (Russian Federation)
II place – Alla Kostina (Russian Federation)
III place – Fidan Akhundova (Azerbaijan)
Among men 26-45 years old:
1st place – Shamil Zhiglov (Russian Federation)
2nd place – Iltis Daniel (Czech Republic)
