Kolstad player signed historic contract
Kolstad captain Sigvaldi Gudjonsson signed a historically long contract with the club until 2030.
Kolstad writes that on his website.
– That it would be until 2030, the longest I have ever written, I didn’t really see that, says Gudjónsson to the club.
He has long said that he wanted to continue to be part of the investment in the club, as long as he himself and the club agree on the sporting and financial conditions.
In 2030, the seasoned right winger will be 36 years old.
– Still young, the Icelander adds Address with a smile.
– I feel good here. I have faith in the project, and I want it to succeed, he continues.
Kolstad is currently fighting to progress from the Champions League group stage. On Wednesday, Zagreb will visit Trondheim Spektrum.
With a win, Kolstad will climb to sixth place in the table with three games remaining. The two best teams in the pool go directly to the quarter-finals. The next four play in the round of 16.
