On Monday, Municipal Commissioner Pankaj Upadhyay, while issuing the RC, has also sent a letter to the DM regarding the recovery. Malik’s property will be sold

This recovery will be done by selling the property of Abdul Malik, the mastermind of the violence that broke out in Haldwani. The Tehsil administration will do the recovery work in this. According to Municipal Commissioner Pankaj Upadhyay, if Abdul Malik does not pay the money, the owner’s bank accounts will be frozen. Also, recovery will be done by confiscating his property.
