Judge Noel Orellana reported this morning that the Supreme Electoral Tribunal (TSE) will increase the payment to citizens who will make up the vote receiving tables in the next elections for mayors and deputies to the Central American Parliament on March 3 by $10, going from $50 to $60.

In addition, he reported that the leadership has been asked to begin payment to those who made up the 8,562 Vote Receiving Boards, starting today, on February 4, regarding the legislative and presidential elections.

There will be approximately 34,285 citizens, the same ones who were selected to form the Vote Receiving Boards in the last elections, who must resume their functions on March 3. If they do not respond to the call, they could be fined up to $114 dollars.
