The sportsmen and women athletes of the Penguins of Rhodes had a very good presence at the Winter Panhellenic Swimming Championship K15-K16 and K17-K18 held at OAKA, with the relevant announcement issued by the club for information, stating the following:
“The participation of the Penguins of Rhodes in the Winter Panhellenic Championship K15-K16 and K17-K18 has been completed with complete success, marking the most brilliant presence of our team in the history of the games. The impressive effort of our athletes produced amazing results, as we managed to reach 6 new limits with 3 athletes, while we also secured a limit for the international Acropolis meeting with Georgios Lymberis at 200m. butterfly, amassing a total of 35 points and celebrating 21 individual records.
This success, combined with the 4 medals from the previous week and the fact that for the first time 5 of our athletes have already qualified for the Summer Panhellenic Championships, demonstrates the dedication, discipline and passion of our athletes and coaches. We are proud of the tireless effort and continuous improvement our team demonstrates, enhancing its reputation in the world of swimming.
This success is the result of the hard work, determination and mutual support of our team.
