Reports on social networks indicated that the death of the young protester’s father occurred on February 15.
In that sense, it was reported that the father of this Cuban political prisoner received “terrible medical care,” evidencing the serious hospital crisis that exists on the communist island, with health centers falling apart before the eyes of Castro officials.

It is worth mentioning that, in recent days, the death of the mother of a Cuban political prisoner from 11J was reported. This is Yonay Moreu Leal, who was sentenced to 15 years in prison for taking to the streets peacefully in the historic protests of June 11, 2021.
