The auctions for the rental of Black Sea beaches, which until now were conducted by secret bidding, will now take place in public and the auction will be public, the Minister of Tourism Zaritsa Dinkova announced on Tuesday.

tenders will be announced in stages
Among them are five of the beaches of Kamchia, Shkorpilovtsi-yug, two of the beaches of Byala, Obzor, Elenite, Aheloy, Paradise Bay, etc. Most of them were without owners until now.
The basic conditions for renting the sandbars remain as before. The contracts will be concluded for a period of 5 years, with a precisely specified price for umbrellas and sunbeds, with obligations for water rescue and medical activities, etc.
The main difference is that until now, prospective tenants submitted sealed envelopes with the proposed price to the ministry. According to Dinkova, these envelopes were kept in safes and already at the beginning of the mandate, the business drew her attention that this was not right.
