The Supreme Electoral Tribunal (TSE) confirmed that it will deliver the credentials to president-elect Nayib Bukele and vice president-elect Félix Ulloa next Thursday, February 29.

Magistrate Noel Orellana reported that the ceremony will take place at 6:00 in the afternoon at the National Theater of San Salvador, marking a milestone in the electoral process.

This act complies with the electoral calendar, which had established the deadline of March 19 to 22 for the delivery of credentials. According to article 222 of the Electoral Code, these will be issued by the TSE and delivered in a public session within six days following the firm declaration of the electoral results.
