All of them had been arrested in Mendoza for different crimes committed after the end of the first leg match between Godoy Cruz and Colo-Colo (0-1) for Phase 2 of the Copa Libertadores, which this Thursday the 29th will have its rematch in Santiago de Chile .

The accused

The defendants about whom the decision was made were identified by sources as Alejandro Rilan Jiménez Miranda, accused of aggravated threats; Cristian Ignacio Guzman Olguín, Jiovanny Willian Tello Cerda, Oscar Domingo Ignacio Contreras Contreras, Guillermo Ignacio Leyes Pereira, Nicolás Andrés Paredes Gatica, Dafne Calderón Moraga, Catrina Andrea Romero Ávila, Emilio Ignacia Valdez and a 14-year-old adolescent, all arrested for “theft aggravated in town and band”.

The sexual abuse case
