Lucknow: Now preparations are being made to impose NSA along with gangsters on the murder accused who created a sensation by killing three people 21 days ago in Malihabad, Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. After the charge sheet was filed in the court, the police has now started the process of imposing gangster and NSA. The police will soon send their report to the district administration.
Munir Ahmed Khan, Farheen Khan and their son Hansla Khan were shot dead on February 2 in Mohammad Nagar, Malihabad. In this case, a report was lodged against Malihabad Kotwali’s history-sheeter Siraj Ahmed Khan, resident of Dubagga, his son Faraz Khan, close friend Furkan and driver Ashrafi Lal. History-sheeter Siraj is accused of killing Munir and Hansla with a licensed rifle and Faraj is accused of killing Farheen by snatching his father’s rifle. Ashrafi and Furkan, who were present with the murder accused at the scene, have been made co-accused.
Helpers were made co-accused
His close aides Shobhit and Siddharth have also been accused of helping the murder accused escape from the city. Malihabad Police has filed a charge sheet against all the six accused in the court on Wednesday. Sources say that after the filing of the charge sheet, the police is now preparing to impose NSA against the father and son accused of murder. The exercise has also started internally. The police will soon send the report to the district administration for further action. ADCP West Vishwajit Srivastava says that further action is being taken as per rules.
Details of properties are also being prepared
Police and district administration officials are also collecting details of the properties of murdered history-sheeter Siraj Khan. It is being ascertained how much property he has acquired through crime. After preparing the accounts of those properties, they can also be attached. The land over which there was a dispute. Investigation is being done about that also. History-sheeter Siraj is a vicious criminal from Malihabad. Apart from Malihabad, many cases have been registered against him in Kakori, Thakurganj, Chowk and Dubagga police stations.
The incident took place over a metering dispute
History-sheeter Siraj had played a bloody game with his son Faraz after a dispute arose during the measurement of a land in Mohammad Nagar, Malihabad on February 2. He reached Farid Khan’s house with a licensed rifle in a Thar jeep from the spot. According to the police, during the dispute, Siraj had shot Farid’s son Hansla. Farid’s uncle Munir, who came to save him, was also killed. When Farid’s wife Farheen ran, Faraj snatched the rifle from her father’s hand and shot her in the chest.
