The candidate for mayor of San Salvador Centro, Mario Durán, cast his vote this Sunday afternoon in the elections for Municipal Councils and deputies of the Central American Parliament (PARLACEN) that are taking place in El Salvador.
Durán, who is currently the mayor of San Salvador, cast his right to vote at the José Manuel Arce School Center voting center in San Salvador.
Joined by supporters and militants of the Nuevas Ideas party, the candidate expects favorable results, according to his measurements.
To win the new municipality made up of the districts Ayutuxtepeque, Mexicans, San Salvador, Ciudad Delgado and Cuscatancingoit would be the largest in the country.
