More than 60% of Russians who left the country have already returned and continue to work in their former workplaces, stated the Chairman of the Russian State Duma, Vyacheslav Volodin.
“From the moment of leaving for other countries, 60 percent of the workers abroad have returned to Russia and are now in the companies where they worked before,” Volodin said during the State Duma session.
He also noted that some of the people who left Russia work abroad because of the sanctions policy. some companies had to move their workplaces outside the borders of the Russian Federation, but abroad, according to the President of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, Russians are “recruited, forced, persuaded to act against their own country”.
“If they cheat, it means they have made their choice, which they will have to live with for the rest of their lives. They will come back and have the opportunity to work here,” Volodin said in this regard.
