The negotiations for rotation and the new government between GERB-SDS and PP-DB will start in minutes.
Academician Nikolay Denkov, the co-presidents of “Promyana” Kiril Petkov and Asen Vasilev, and the leaders of DB Hristo Ivanov and Atanas Atanasov have just arrived in the building of the National Assembly.
The start of the negotiations was announced for 18:00. However, the women’s negotiation team of GERB started to arrive much earlier – around 17:15, the resigned Deputy Prime Minister Maria Gabriel arrived at the parliament, but remained silent in front of the media.

The negotiating team from the GERB side also includes the deputy chairpersons of the parliamentary group Denitsa Sacheva and Temenuzka Petkova.
The leaders of the (non)coalition partner arrived together from the Third National Conference of “Yes, Bulgaria” – the formation of Hristo Ivanov, at which the other co-chairmen of PP-DB were guests and made speeches.
“Now they are looking at us and want to see what it smells like – internal dramas or disunity,” Hristo Ivanov said before his party’s conference earlier today.
He praised Maria Gabriel for her tact and patience,
that she has shown, as well as that she has stayed away from the “cannonade of remarks and qualifications” that GERB and PP-DB have recently exchanged through the media. Ivanov also spoke about the importance of a detailed document between the right-wing union and the Gerbers, with which to guarantee the voters that there will be reforms.
The party forum announced the negotiation of a bound majority between PP-DB and GERB-SDS. The main condition is the rejection of floating majorities – as it was written in the memorandum proposed by them earlier, with which they surprised GERB and the degree of tension exactly pedi rotation rose.
In the draft agreement proposed by Boyko Borisov, floating majorities in the parliament are allowed.
DB was asked to sign an agreement that would regulate the decision-making mechanisms. This is recorded in the resolution on “the current political situation and the need to form an anti-corruption majority”, voted at the party conference this afternoon.

to continue the rotational governance format, the focus is again on regulators – filling the Anti-Corruption Commission (CPC) with “publicly credible figures+; expanding the powers of parliamentary inquiry committees; a new Law on the Judiciary and increasing efforts to join The Eurozone.
