According to Siyasat.com, the production company Yash Raj Films spent Rs 250 crore on the production of Pathan. But the budget for the construction of ‘Pathan Two’ is estimated at Rs 325 crore (more than Rs 430 crore 61 lakh in Bangladeshi currency). In other words, the producer has increased the budget of 75 crore rupees for the sequel of the movie ‘Pathan’, so that the new part can be taken to another level.
According to information in Pinkvillar, ‘Pathan 2’ is going to be the eighth film in producer Aditya Chopra’s spy universe. Late last year, Aditya Chopra and his team started working on the script of the movie ‘Pathan 2’. The makers have planned to start the shooting of the movie in December this year.
It is not known whether all the actors of the first part will be present in the movie ‘Pathan 2’.
Deepika Padukone paired up with Shahrukh in the movie ‘Pathan’. Other roles include John Abraham, Dimple Kapadia, Ashutosh Rana, Gautam, Ekta Kaur.
‘Pathan’ was released on 5,500 screens in India and 2,500 screens abroad. Aditya Chopra produced this movie directed by Siddharth Anand. The movie grossed more than 1000 crores worldwide.
