Tel Aviv: In Gaza, 5 people died and 10 were injured due to relief material being dropped by parachute. An employee of Gaza’s largest hospital, Al-Shifa, has given this information. According to the report of news agency AFP, the dead were brought to Al-Shifa Hospital located in Gaza City. Mohammed al-Sheikh, head nurse at the hospital’s emergency department, said the incident occurred near the al-Shatti refugee camp in Gaza’s coastal area.
Uncontrolled airdrop fell on the roof of the building
Mohammad Al Gul, who lives in the camp, is an eyewitness to this incident. He told AFP that when relief supplies were dropped by parachute, he and his brother ran towards it in the hope of finding food packets. Al Gul said that “Suddenly I saw that the parachute did not open and it fell on the roof of a house like a rocket. After 10 minutes I saw people coming out from inside carrying three bodies and other injured people. All these people were at that time Were sitting on the terrace, when relief material arrived there.
