Citizenship Amendment Act has been implemented in India. American singer and actress Mary Milben has praised Prime Minister Modi for this.
In this regard, he said, “I appreciate that the Modi-led government today announced the Citizenship Amendment Act, which grants Indian citizenship. I thank Prime Minister Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and the Indian government for their compassionate leadership and most importantly for upholding religious freedom in welcoming the persecuted.”
