A special free Gastronomy Masterclass, with guest chef the excellent executive chef Arnaud Bignon and theme “Lamb”, is organized by the Gastronomy sector of DELTA 360 Ioannina.


The multi-awarded Michelin-starred Chef & General Director of the “Spondi” restaurant in Athens will be in Ioannina and in the modern kitchens of the Gastronomy sector for the first time, to present a series of haute cuisine restaurant dishes featuring lamb. Participants in the live cooking session will have the opportunity to watch step by step the creation of fine dining dishes and to answer all their questions.
The Gastronomy Masterclass will take place on Monday, March 11, at 3 p.m., at the DELTA 360 Ioannina facilities (5 Koletti & Kaplani, next to the Town Hall).
Free registration for limited seats. First come first served.
