The subsidy is applied for by one municipality on behalf of the project group. The project group consists of (part of a) municipality or several municipalities and (potential) providers of daytime activities such as healthcare and welfare organizations, voluntary organizations, sports clubs, neighborhood initiatives, Odense houses, meeting centers, Alzheimer cafés, cafes, elderly and cultural funds, artists, chefs, musicians, libraries, cultural institutions or religious communities. People with dementia and their loved ones are also involved in the project group. Who should be part of the project group varies per phase.
A subsidy of a maximum of € 124,900 can be applied for per project group, for 1 or more phases. This is explained in the subsidy call.
