In the “red” is also the increase in the prices of taramo salad and eggplant salad, since they have practically doubled.

Eggplant salad (250 g.)

According to traders, the reason is the increase in the price of olive oil, which from February 2023 to February 2024 has risen 63.7%.

In view of Clean Monday, the price of the lagana is calculated:

It seems that any increase will not exceed 5%, with only the price of sesame having “stung”.

Only the lagans with extra ingredients (olives, sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms, etc.) are expected to cost more than €4.
