Palestino won against Nacional in a penalty shootout. Gonzalo Sosa, Misael Dávila and Felipe Chamorro scored their shots for the locals, while Sergio Ojeda, Brian Blasi and Jordan Santacruz failed to score for Nacional and thus the final result was defined for the winner to qualify for the next round of the CONMEBOL competition – Copa Libertadores 2024.

Nacional (P) was able to beat the rival goal with Diego Duarte (43′ 1T), Orlando Gaona Lugo (2′ 2T) and Juan Fernando Alfaro (21′ 2T).

Nacional midfielder (P) Juan Fernando Alfaro wasted the chance to open the scoring and take the lead by missing a penalty in the 9th minute of the first half.
