Sitapur: Inspector Abhijat Srivastava posted in Lucknow division of Uttar Pradesh has been dismissed. Inspector was posted in Custom and CGST department. Abhijat was also the General Secretary of AICEIA Lucknow Circle. Action has been taken against him by CGST and CX Lucknow. Now All India Inspectors Association has lodged a protest in this matter. The association has linked the entire matter to action to expose corruption. In this regard, AIIA has lodged a protest and demanded the Prime Minister to stop the action.
Inspector Abhijat Srivastava posted in Customs and CGST Sitapur was dismissed from the job by Lucknow Division. The department has taken action against Abhishek after investigating complaints of insult to the tricolor and misbehavior with officials on several occasions, including Republic Day. According to CGST and Central Excise Lucknow Division, Inspector Abhijat Srivastava was found guilty in 5 investigations. While living in Mumbai and Sitapur, he was accused of working against government services.
An order was issued to dismiss Inspector Abhijat Srivastava after he was found guilty in these cases. This order has been made effective with immediate effect. On this matter, AIIA claimed that action has been taken to expose corruption and misuse of funds in promotions in CGST and CX Lucknow zone. AIIA said that this action of the authority is a blow to the Prime Minister’s efforts to curb corruption. PM Mamedi is aiming to eliminate corruption from the country. The Sangh has appealed to PM Modi for relief and justice in this matter.
