Georgia has exemplary relations with Azerbaijan and Turkey.
As Day.Az reported on Friday with reference to Trend, Georgian Foreign Minister Ilya Darchiashvili stated this during a press conference following the 9th trilateral meeting of the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey in Baku.
“We discussed the processes taking place in the region and the world. It was noted that we are ready to further intensify our cooperation. We have strategic, exemplary ties with Azerbaijan and Turkey. We also discussed cooperation in the political, commercial, transport and energy spheres. We noted the importance of our joint efforts to further expand cooperation in these areas,” added the head of the Georgian Foreign Ministry.
It should be noted that today the 9th trilateral meeting of the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Turkey and Georgia took place in Baku. At the meeting, views were exchanged on issues of trilateral cooperation of mutual interest, the location of the next meeting was determined and the Baku Declaration was adopted.
