“I feel like the relationship I have is really sweet, that’s why the songs on this EP are also deliberately made to sound sweet. It doesn’t sound too raw, but the production isn’t too neat either. This EP talks a lot about affirmation and anxiety. will be when we feel like we are not good enough for our own partner,” said Peach Luffe, Wednesday (13/3).

Peach Luffe recorded the EP throughout the summer of 2023 at Jong’s apartment in Toronto.

Apart from taking the microphone to let his singing voice be heard, the owner of the real name Jong Lee also shows his skills in playing guitar, keyboard, bass and violin, while expanding his ever-evolving sound.

The whole process resulted in six new songs enriched by the soaring soundscape, soaring vocal melodies, and introspective lyric writing style that has now become a hallmark.

EP Honey also features previous Peach Luffe singles such as Honeybee, Honeymoon, Quite Like You, and Say It Back”
