The Regional Nursing Council of Rio de Janeiro (Coren-RJ) is hereby informing you about the current situation of our systems and services.
We are currently committed to resolving technical issues that impacted the operationalization of our system. In collaboration with technical experts and virtualization service providers, we are working diligently to fully restore our operations.
It is important to highlight that, although our systems are temporarily inoperative, we continue to offer services for general information and issuing attendance declarations. We recognize the importance of keeping our professionals informed, even when faced with technical challenges.
On March 14, 2024, with the resumption of our internet connection, we proceeded to send responses to approximately 2000 emails, communicating the current status of our systems and offering clarifications to interested parties.
We emphasize our unwavering commitment to fully restoring our services as quickly as possible. Furthermore, we inform you that we have already initiated legal proceedings against the company Light, responsible for the inconvenience we faced.
We appreciate the understanding and collaboration of everyone involved in this process. We are committed to providing regular updates as we move forward in resolving these issues.
