Jigsaw: ED is tightening its grip on sand mafia in Bihar. On Saturday morning, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) raided the premises of Arrah sand trader Punj Kumar Singh. This action of ED was taken at the house of Punj Singh located in Koilwar police station Dhandiha. It is being told that this action has been taken regarding illegal business related to sand. Let us tell you that in the last few months, ED has taken action against many sand traders and politicians of Bihar.
Punj Singh was on ED’s radar
According to the information, Punj Singh was already on the radar of the investigating agency ED. It is being told that officials associated with Broadson Company are also on the radar of ED. Punj Singh had previously been the director of Broadson Company. On March 9, ED had also raided the premises of Broadson’s officers Ashok Kumar and Ajay Rai.
Subhash Yadav Director of Broadson Company
A few days ago, ED had also raided the premises of MLC Radhacharan Seth and RJD leader Subhash Yadav, close to Lalu Prasad Yadav. More than Rs 2 crore cash and documents were recovered from Subhash Yadav’s premises. He was arrested and sent to jail. Subhash Yadav is also a director of Broadson Construction Private Limited Company.
