According to a representative of local authorities, among the dead and injured are local residents, doctors and rescuers. The authorities declared March 16 a day of mourning.

According to a representative of the State Emergency Service, seven employees were injured as a result of the attack. All necessary medical care is provided to the victims immediately at the scene of the incident. Various services have begun to eliminate the consequences of the attack, and law enforcement agencies have already begun an investigation into this crime, marking it as another act of aggression by the *Russian Federation.

The head of the Odessa regional administration emphasized that the society of the city and region provides support and solidarity to the victims and their families during this difficult period. Declaring a day of mourning the day after the attack is an expression of grief and remembrance for the victims of the tragedy.

The State Emergency Service (SSES) announced serious damage to civilian infrastructure. According to information from the department, 10 private houses, a service station, a low-pressure gas pipeline, and 2 fire and rescue vehicles were damaged as a result of the strike. Currently, rescuers are working to put out a fire on a gas pipeline and in one of the private houses, the total area of ​​which is about 120 square meters.

50 rescuers and 8 units of State Emergency Service equipment were deployed at the scene of the incident and are actively working to eliminate the consequences of the strike.

Earlier, Kursor reported that the *Russian Federation fired ballistic missiles at Odessa, and there were casualties. According to media reports, the number of victims in Odessa exceeds 30 people.
