Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Bharatiya Janata Party has made a new plan for the elections to be held on 29 Lok Sabha seats of Madhya Pradesh. While the party is eyeing to win all the 29 Lok Sabha seats, the party is also focusing on increasing the vote share. The party’s aim is to get more than 2 percent vote share in this election compared to the vote share it got in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections.
This is why the party has set a target of achieving 60 percent vote share in these elections. But is this goal easy to achieve? For this, it is important to understand the mathematics of the Lok Sabha elections held in the year 2019. In fact, during the Lok Sabha elections held in the year 2019, 28 out of 29 seats in the state came into BJP’s account. Whereas Congress had to be satisfied with only one seat. At that time, total voting took place in the state at 71.20 percent. BJP got 58% vote share with 28 seats.

At the same time, Congress, which won one seat, got 34.50% vote share. While other parties got 7.5% vote share. Recently, Bharatiya Janata Party has secured a bumper majority with 163 seats in the Madhya Pradesh Assembly Elections 2023. BJP secured 48.55% votes across the state, which was 7.53% more than 41.02% in the 2018 assembly elections.

In such a situation, BJP seems excited. This is the reason why BJP wants to increase the vote share by 2 percent to 60 percent in the Lok Sabha elections. Continuous visits of meetings are going on in the office of Bharatiya Janata Party to achieve 60% vote share. Party leaders are continuously migrating to all the districts. The party has also handed over big responsibilities to the ministers of the state government.

Recently, an important meeting was held in the BJP office to increase the vote share, in which the party’s National General Secretary Sunil Bansal, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, State President Vishnudutt Sharma, State General Secretary Hitanand and National Convenor of NaMo App Kuljeet Chahal participated. State General Secretary Hitanand has been given the responsibility to go to all the districts and build relationships in the organization to get 60% votes.
